2023 Cast Fees (activity fee)

CAST FEES DUE BEFORE 1st Rehearsal - 05.02.2023

2023 Cast Fees are yet to be finalised, but it is estimated there will be a small increase from the 2022 pricing. Pricing will be between $210 and $250, and for those eligible (under 18's), you will be able to offset $100 with the use of an NSW Government Creative Kids Voucher .

Details on the cast fees will be advised at the time of acceptance to the cast.

Creative Kids Program

From 1 January 2023, NSW parents, guardians and carers of young people can apply for a $100 voucher to use for creative and cultural learning activities outside of the school curriculum – including Gang Show!

Scouts Australia NSW has been approved by Service NSW as a Creative Kids provider. 


1. When can I apply for and redeem my Creative Kids voucher?

You can apply for your Creative Kids voucher from 1 January - APPLY as soon as you receive your confirmation letter!

The voucher may be used with a registered activity provider for registration, participation and tuition costs for creative arts, speech, drama, dance, digital design, coding, and music lessons and activities.

The voucher can be used at any time during the calendar year it was issued.

The program runs year-round, so kids can get creative at any time.


If you’re a parent, carer or guardian, the student will be eligible if they are:

  • a NSW resident

  • aged between 4.5 and 18 years

  • enrolled in school (from Kindergarten to Year 12, including those who are home-schooled or enrolled in secondary school education at TAFE NSW)

  • a current Medicare card holder.

You can apply for a voucher for each eligible student.

You can use the voucher for registration, participation and tuition costs with approved Creative Kids providers.

  • one proof of identity document

  • your child's Medicare card details.
